Notice of Cancelation
Please notify TG Empire as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. A cancelation is only confirmed after you receive acknowledgement from us.
Vehicle Rental Bookings
Fees and refund eligibility depend on the notice provided, vehicle preparation already completed, and the terms accepted in your booking confirmation. No-shows, late returns, and early returns may not qualify for a refund.
Professional Services
For consulting engagements, completed work and committed third-party costs remain payable. Any unused advance will be assessed against the signed engagement terms before a refund is processed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned through an agreed payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bank, card, and transfer charges may be deducted where applicable.
